Location is very good as it is just in front of train and bus station. But if you are catching a very early flight, the escalator and lift at the train station only operate from 5am onwards. So if you need to go the train station earlier than 5am to catch the earliest train to airport, u will need to carry your luggage up many many steps which is very tiring. Free bottle water provided in room.

The staff are very friendly and helpful with very good spoken English. A large comfortable bed for a good night's sleep very close to Narita Airport.
