Great location, literally a 6 min walk to Kyobashi station and all undercover if you take the West Exit. There were also elevators at the station which I know can be difficult to find in some stations in Japan, so if you're coming to and from the airport, it makes it so much easier. We were also able to take one train to the airport at Kyobashi station on the Osaka Loop Line, which was great. The rooms were spacious for 3 people and clean, however pillows were very hard and the water pressure from their signature shower head was not great.
Rooms are also cleaned every 3 days, but changing of bins and towels were daily. The amenities were good, toothbrush, hairbrush, cotton tips, family size shampoo, conditioner and body wash, laundry line above the bath, free skincare sachets at the front desk in the lobby and pyjamas in the room.
We had a little incident with wanting to use the Trinite Spa, the price quoted at check in had increased halfway through our stay and we were not made aware of this at the time of check in. They refused to honour the original price, however later did, my only feedback would be to please make guests aware these changes at check in, it'll make for a more seamless experience. A big thankyou to the staff member that helped me resolve this. Overall a good stay.

Another great place to stay. Excellent staff and facilities - breakfast options not as good as Kyoto though. Lift access was a bit average sharing with mall but close to train, food, restaurants, shops, and the best cake shop right downstairs. Big spacious rooms and excellent bathroom facilities.

Nice modern hotel in a great location. Convenient to nice bars/restaurants and also 2 minute walk to the nearest metro stop. Room was small but as expected in Japan. Hotel staff were always friendly and upbeat.

They had beautiful rooms withspa baths available, as well as complimentary bath salt to improve the experience. They also have specialty baths you can purchase, such as honey, milk, wine or sake! We loved the food available and the staff were always helpful and polite. We extended our stay multiple times since we loved the location!
