Had a poor experience at another hotel of this chain in Hroshima, I nearly cancelled because of it but so glad I didn't. Lovely clean rooms but a little on the small side, No problem for me as all I needed was a bed and somewhere to store my things. A little far from Tokyo centre but rail and subway station close by so not a major issue.

Our room was clean, but it would be helpful if your cleaning staff took the time to dust on shelves and around the beds. We really liked the pull out sofa below the 2 bed configuration.

Quiet, very comfortable (Japanese-style room). The service and attention to detail, attention to us, by the staff was outstanding. Many staff are very comfortable in English.
Shared sitting room with kitchen facilities was great. Easily the best accommodation of our three weeks in Japan.
