Stop over after a long flight from the UK. Excellent location not too far from airport. This has been several stay and would recommend. There are ample parking spaces. Breakfast was superb unfortunately the restaurant was not open because of renovations works but this was sent before hand In a notification.

The breakfast was fantastic! So many different options. It was so tasty, especially the French toast Strawberry cheesecake 😋 You could have traditional Jamaican food, which was absolutely delicious with many choices including ackee and salt fish, and callaloo, As well as many other delicious dishes.There was also toast, bacon, sausage and eggs. Or an omelet with tons of choices like onions, sweet red peppers or cheese. And many more choices! The room was clean and comfortable. The house keeping was excellent. Amazing shower! The pool was very enjoyable, perfect temperature and lovely to swim in. The grounds are stunning and everything is very well kept.

Subject: Disappointing Experience at Spanish Dream Hotel, Kingston, Jamaica Dear Hotel Management, I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent stay at the Spanish Dream Hotel in Kingston, Jamaica, from May 17 May 19th. While I had high expectations based on the hotel's advertising and online reviews, my experience fell far short of what was promised. Specifically, I encountered the following issues: - The room was not clean and tidy upon arrival, with visible dust and dirt on surfaces and a strong odor in the bathroom. - The bed was uncomfortable and creaky, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. - The hotel's amenities, such as the pool and fitness center, were not well-maintained and were often closed during my stay. - The hotel's restaurant served subpar food, with long wait times and incorrect orders. - The hotel's staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, with a general attitude of indifference towards guests' concerns. I had expected a comfortable and relaxing stay at the Spanish Dream Hotel, but instead, I felt frustrated and disappointed. The Hostel is very central and cozy. The mixed dorm is spacious, cool and the bunk bed curtains give welcomed sense of privacy. The staff are exceptionally helpful in guiding you on how to get around the island with both local & convenient travel options. They are so warm. Plus the Cafe' next door is pretty convenient too. Love the dream bowls and nyam n scramble wraps. Such a great place to stay and meet like-minded travelers.
