Considering the price, it's good enough generally for one night of stay. mostly thanks to the place- it's walkable from the station and pretty close to the road to San Marco. The friendly owner let me use the room before the actual check-in time for my personal reason!

All the staff from house keeping, reception and kitchen were extremely friendly and helpful. We had a difficult situation where the staff (Daniella, Gianluca, Marija and others I cannot remember the name of) proved invaluable in helping and supporting, even giving us their personal contact info if needed. They also gave us great advice in where to eat and what to see while in Sicilly. Breakfast was really good. The rooms big and very clean. The hotel complex is very beautiful. When we come back to Sicilly we will for sure stay here again
