Room was big and clean. Staff was helpful and nice. Santa Cesarea Terme is a small "town", but the place is still very well located. The villa itself is amazing! Breakfast was rich too.

Nice pool area but had to ask for towels in the reception since personnel in pool bar (during daytime) spoke absolutely no english. Toilet an shower in pool area wasn’t cleaned during the 4 nights we stayed there…

Our room was fabulous - clean spacious and comfortable. The facilities were amazing - lots of places to sit and relax with lots of shade. We loved the table tennis! Breakfast was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be going back!

The rooms smell of mold. Only in reception desk speak in English- all other not. Told to leave the keys when leaving hotel in reception. After returning after dinner- missed 150 eur from wallet which was in bag. “Perfect” stay. The stay was disappointing.

A perfect small oasis in a small city, with a few rooms only, but perfectly designed and executed, fine services and an especially helpful staff. Hot tub in the room, spacious and clean rooms. The spa is perfect for a couple, and much appreciated, that they do programming only for a couple at a time, although is not cheap, and is extra cost. It is a place specially designed for couples (I mean the whole hotel and the services), perfect for a long romantic weekend or a longer stay. A plus on the advices for restaurants and other out-of-hotel possibilities sent on request before arrival.

Very nice hotel. Easily reachable. Competent and friendly staff. Francesca is keen to make you discover Puglia from a different perspective than the usual 'sun and sea'. Of course she can give you pieces of advice about sea resorts and other nice places to see... However she makes the difference with information about nature, culture, cycling... Just a wonderful place, with a great breakfast !!
