It took us a while to decide on this hotel. It is right on the harbour, but fairly fast to get to from the main road. The approach is not picturesque but location improves upon arrival. A small personal hotel with some quaint rooms, with a view of the ocean and yacht harbour. The old town of Sciacca is easy to get to if you can climb a few flights of stairs. Many restaurants close by. If you want to have a room with antique flair, stay in the main house, if you prefer more modern and more quiet, ask for the Marina building. Plenty of free parking! And only a short drive to many sights along the cost to Agrigento and to the Palermo Airport.

Sciacca is such a hidden gem of a place.
Sciacca is such a hidden gem of a place. So much to do and see in Sciacca, from the Porto area, where the fishermen bring in their catch of the day and the old apartments and houses in that old, beautiful area of town, to the Centro area of Sciacca, with the beautiful old churches, streets and walled city. The food is of course based around the fresh seafood, that is caught daily. I love everything about Sciacca.

If you like maritime culture and a small unpretentious town but with excellent seafood restaurants, Sciacca might be for you. It has a big fishing port, very colourful. Up the hill is the main town, classy and attractive and without a lot of tourist trinket shops and other tourist eyesores. It would probably be mellow in summer with everyone out in the cafes all evening. The beaches are outside the town about 15 min. We did an early spring tour of Sicily's southwest coast looking for possible August holiday places for the future. I liked Sciacca.

Sciacca is a perfect place to explore south western Sicily.
Sciacca is a perfect place to explore south western Sicily. The town is easily explored in a half day and has nice stores and restaurants.
Definitely prettier and less up and down than Agrigento. It is a little over an hour from the Palermo Airport by car and you can explore the ancient temple of Segesta on the way and only have an hour drive to Agrigento and the many picturesque and historic attractions on the way there.
Also Corleone and Piana degli Albanesi are on the way to Palermo for those who are interested in some of the Mafia history.

It is a nice Sicilian town full of History and monuments.
It is a nice Sicilian town full of History and monuments. The city itself is a little gem as you can still see buildings that were built a long time ago still there and in use. Food and restaurants are good too as well as shops and other amenities. The only "black spot" is the fact that if you want to go to the beach you must have a car. In the evening you can enjoy a promenade in the piazza or, if scheduled, watch gigs of live music on the streets.

Sciacca is a charming place for a short stay.
Sciacca is a charming place for a short stay. The residents are kind and welcoming. We enjoyed walking along the streets and the alleyways and appreciated that it is not packed with too many tourists. It is a also good base to visit The Valley of the Temples in Argrigento.
One of the best hotels we ever had the pleasure to stay at:
-rooms are spacious and super clean
-owners and staff are amazing people, always friendly and super helpful
-beach is stunningly beautiful, clean and quiet - personal sunbeds are extremely nice to flexibly come and go as you like
-outside area is also amazingly beautiful
-breakfast is great as well, super tasty regional specialties that vary over the week, for us personally it was also enough to eat lunch as well
-private parking is comfortable
We didn’t have any expectation before we arrived to Sciacca. We didn’t do any study of the town but just wanted to give a try. We were warmly welcomed by Silvio. He was super nice helpful and very well knowledgeable about the town. The room is very clean and Morden. Great Wi-Fi speed we Loved the breakfast and everything. The variation in the minibar is also super! Hotel is very well located in the old town just beside Porta di Palermo. Definitely worth the money and will stay again next time ^_^
The house is nice. Our room had a nice balcony to a lemon tree garden. There was room service.
Breakfast was diverse and good, including capuccino (or other hot beverage), fruit juice, cornetos with different fillings and sandwiches.it's not identical every day.
Location is great, but if you do not like steps (don't go to Sciacca or Agrigento), you need to take a greater turn I think.
Fulvio is very concerned about your wellbeing and can give you tips on car rental.
OMG Giuseppe and his manager Francis were the best of hosts. What a special place this is. A beautifully renovated property with a distinct nod to the past and yet modern and minimalist at the same time.
I loved everything about this hotel. Francis bakes cakes for the breakfast which is fabulous we used the spa, sauna and steam room for a few euros extra and this was a lovely clean set up. The location is central to everything.
Wonderful recently renovated family hotel, perfect location for a visit to Sciacca. Host Raffaele greeted us with complimentary upgrade to a beautiful room with rooftop terrace overlooking the old town. He makes an excellent cappuccino and delicious breakfast, and also a perfect afternoon spritz. Also a really good neighborhood pizza place right across the street. A short walk to convenient free parking.
Silvio and Carmelo were the best hosts. They were so helpful and kind with everything.
The breakfast in the grotto was wonderful with local produce.
The two roof terraces had comfortable furniture and views. A kettle and tea were available to all and the property was perfectly situated in the centre of the old town with restaurants all around. Perfect!
Great room with a nice terrace, also the sofa bed for the children was very comfortable. Very good shower and good location to visit sciacca. Domenika is a very friendly host giving tips for things to visit and restaurants in the area. And she is available whenever you need anything. We felt very welcome in her luxury rooms and in Sciacca!
We loved the blend of very old and very new in this boutique hotel and spa. The renovations are creative, cutting edge and thoughtful in terms of comfort for guests. The staff was lovely, the room beautifully appointed and the bed very comfortable. There is also a full-service spa that we didn’t have time to take advantage of.
Best place during our whole trip. Beautiful place, staff very welcoming and helpful. Easy access to the beach, the beach is sandy and very clean. The rooms are modern and tastefully decorated. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast was nice. Very close to town and good restaurants. Must come back and stay longer.
Large comfortable room with a fantastic shower! Best bathroom so far on our Sicily tour. Fabulous host who was waiting for us in front of the B&B to help us find the free parking. Great breakfast tailored to our own preference. Really well located to the sea view plaza, restaurants and shopping.
The apartment was spacious. It was quiet and clean. There were comfortable places to sit inside. The price was very reasonable and a good value---but that seems true for the rest of Sicily as well (as compared to many places in the rest of Europe or the USA).
the property was excellent! it was very clean, very comfortable including the linens and bath towels. The coffee machine was excellent as was the host.
And an amazing deck with a panoramic view!
We highly recommend this property to anyone heading to Sciacca!
Nice hotel, close to port, few minutes from city center Sciacca. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, we felt very warm welcomed and comfortable. Very good breakfast. PArking was no problem.
Very clean, new hotel, nice furniture, excellent view from the balcony. From the 5th floor there is a very convenient exit to the city, because all houses are located on the mountain in levels.
Great Host. Lovely property with a roof top patio in the historical part of Sciacca. Giuseppe couldnt do enough for us, even came to get us when we were lost
The location was wonderful. The host’s were amazing and really helped us with our stay. we would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Sciacca
