The rooms are lovely, especially with the hand painted flower decoration. We had a great view from our room, too.
The welcome was very warm and personal, as were all staff contacts.
We had a very nice meal in the cosy restaurant.
We also loved the house cat and of course the unique swallows nesting in the stairway to the upper rooms.
We loved the decoration of the living room and breakfast space. The attention to detail in the breakfast buffet was exceptional.

Extra large rooms that are very spacious and comfy. The garden terrace was very picturesque and very private. Good facilities. The location in the countryside is very quiet and peaceful. Interesting things to see and do in the area (highlights for us were "Dream Woods" sculpture park and the Museo della Biodiversità in Monticiano). Good restaurants nearby. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. They have two beautiful Maremmano sheep dogs, (Zen and Luna), Luna was especially friendly.

The ladies there were so kind and helpful. I had an injury from a motorcycle accident earlier that day and they gave me ice and ibuprofen. They went out of their way to help out.
