Amazing place, located in a beautiful garden, surrounded by olive trees; the apartment was perfectly clean, cozy, with nice details; the view from the terrace was breathtaking. The hosts, Antonella and her husband, was very kind and friendly; they gave us a free oil testing fron their farm and it was a very pleasant experience.

My partner and I had a wonderful four-night stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The photos on the website don't do justice to the actual experience; the hotel far exceeded our expectations.
The room was spotless, well-maintained, and featured a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The pool area, especially the solarium, was lovely and well-kept. We also enjoyed the spa for two hours and were impressed by how they used the space to create a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere, despite its small size.
I had a treatment that I thoroughly enjoyed, and I found it to be excellent value for money.

Good location at a reasonable price in which to visit the Viareggio Carnevale or the beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking is conveniently located and just outside the parking exclusion zone enforced the day of the parade, so you don't have to worry about moving your car or getting towed. View of the ocean on one side of the hotel and of the mountains on the other. Having a refrigerator is always a plus, though a electric kettle would also be nice.

The house is situated in Santa Lucia in a green village. It is very clean, well equipped and bigger than most of the houses from Pisa and surroundings. The owner is very friendly and helpful, all small issues were solved quickly. Very nice garden with citrus trees. Nice terace and spatious kitchen, rooms and living room. Comfortable beds. A pleasure to relax or as base camp, to visit Cinque Terre, Pisa and the coast. Thank you again, Cristina!
