This hotel is in a fabulous location, close to train station for Cinque Terre and then 200 metres in opposite direction is the main shopping and restaurant district.
The staff were friendly and efficient. Was nice to sit in the bar and enjoy cocktails with a piano player in the background after a very long day out.

Room - decent size, worth paying for a sea view if you can, turndowns and bottles of water add to the experience.

Fantastic location! The staff were AMAZING and super accommodating - they let us check in early which was lovely.
We were given some fantastic recommendations for different day trips from La Spezia, including Lerici and Port Venere which we absolutely loved!
The room was large, bed was comfortable and having our own sink in our room was very handy.
