The staff were incredibly friendly, spoke excellent English, were really responsive and really helpful. Unfortunately the day we came the restaurant wasn't open so they organised for us to eat at a nearby place when we arrived late, which was a lifesaver. They made us feel really welcome, especially our young kids. Breakfast was excellent, and they helped organise a late checkout so we could use the swimming pool and relax. The rooms were large, and we enjoyed a bottle of local prosecco on the veranda on our evening of arrival.
Set in the town centre, Residence Venice is 10 minutes' walk from Quarto d'Altino train station for trains to Venice and Trieste. It offers apartments with balconies, a dishwasher and washing machine....

Very interesting artistic house, with a pleasant host. Good getaway from the crowded Mestre and Venice, with a close connection to the train station. Garden is lovely for morning coffee

Reasonable price~ considering the market averages at the time of our stay. Mal odorous rooms asside, the location is fairly remote, requiring taxi services or local railway services to get to/from this location. No nearby shopping/dining/etc.. The lobby restaurant is easily the highlight of this location, NOT the breakfast service in the mornings, but the restaurant itself. Specifically: The staff worked/tried very hard to elevate through service-oriented professional personalities, what was on offer at this location.

The property was beautiful and very clean, surrounded by a garden area, all near a residential area, so it was quiet. A nice breakfast in a spacious breakfast area. Friendly, helpful staff. Good wifi. The staff organised a taxi for us, as our plane arrived late.
We only stayed a short time, but would have liked to stay longer.
Unfortunately, the accommodation was quite a distance from the airport and train stations.

Very friendly and supporting staff.
Very friendly and supporting staff. Only one dissapointment ; the snack menu gave a headsup that the snack was based on a frozen pizza yet the end result was a fluffy pizza. (Something not expected from a 4 star hotel).

Everything was excellent except the heating in the room.
Everything was excellent except the heating in the room. The housekeeping was excellent knocking on my door to supply coffee and water. There was this young housekeeper who was so cute and sweet in her pigtails. She was so eager to give me everything I need, coffee, water, etc. although she couldn't speak much English.

Very very quiet.
Very very quiet. Would only stay here as a cheaper alternative to Venice and would get the train in every day. Make sure to stay near the train station as there is apparently only one taxi in the town!!!

It was immaculate, room was a good size and the staff was very helpful and professional. I booked because I wanted someplace not too far from the airport. I was able to easily get to Venice with the train - platform 3 and Treviso with the bus. They had a shuttle for 5€ that brought you to the train and bus stops. You called the hotel to have the shuttle pick you up on your return from the bus or train. They also had a swimming pool, but I didn’t use it. The taxi to the airport was 40€
Everything was excellent!
Great comfort, flawless cleanliness, the hotel is extremely close to a bus stop - 3' by foot. By bus you can get Marco Polo airport for 14 min. and it will take 40 min. to get Venice.
The breakfasts were amazing: homemade, big and delicious!
Sinora Betti, owner, is absolutely lovely lady, whose English is perfect! She gave us a lot of tips about being in Italy, transport, Italian cuisine etc.
We felt like at home)))) We do recommend this hotel!
3 minute drive to the train to Venice (then 30 minute train ride) if you can’t find parking in front of terminal, go under tracks (Main Street) and park on the back side at the Crown Plaza.
The neighborhood we felt safe two women walking about. They had a street market Sat. There is a great restaurant joining the hotel. A department store pharmacy and grocery store just across the street. Petro and bank within 1/2 block.
Big free parking lot beside hotel, nice.
Its very well mantained B&B, reception staff was very helpful and friendly. Mantainance staff also super helpful, friendly and doing amazing job. I stayed in superior room, and I can confirm it was big, clean and matress was very comfy. Hotel is 10 minutes walk from train station, with regular trains to Venice, Portogruaro and Triest, theres also bus stop nearby, with bus going to shopping centre in Gaggio.
The hotel is an absolute gem! From the warm welcome at reception to the farewell, the service was simply outstanding. The rooms were cozy and clean, and the overall ambiance exuded a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel's location was ideal, close to attractions. My stay was truly unforgettable, and I am already looking forward to coming back!
What a fabulous find this was to visit Venice on a budget. Really great hotel and it only took about 45 minutes to get right to the heart of Venice, a 10 minute walk and the then a direct train. It was great to stay in such a quiet location after the chaos of the city.
A fantastic place with good vibes that I can recommend. The rooms are nice and cosy, with lots of plants and decent decorations. If you come in by car, convenient parking spots are near the hotel, and the whole place is 13 minute drive from the airport.
The restaurant was likely the best part of the hotel's offerings. The room itself was sufficient, although there was a noticeable odor in the room, as well as in the hallways of this hotel. The staff were quite friendly and professional.
Peaceful, quiet area. Hotel is tidy and clean. The staff is kind and helpful, breakfast is excellent. Venice is easily and quickly accessible by train. Affordable. I gladly recommend it to everyone. Thank you for the wonderful stay. :)
Overall, the hotel is ok and lives up to the good reviews that are left about it. Clean, spacious room, basic supplies and food available in the lobby, free parking, 15 minutes from the airport.
I spent one night in this beautiful hotel. The staff was helpful, room spotless clean and breakfast full of options! Strongly recommend, it is also quite near to Venice by train.
Beautiful park around hotel , great brekflast , room is big and we have nice stay . Swimingpool is small but very clean and in nice area . We will come again
