Location. What seems to be a back street location, is actually in the heart of the old town the next street having twenty small restaurants. A fabulous market just a hundred metres (We were there on Friday & Saturday)

It's right on the ocean, restaurant has waves lapping right outside. Staff were very helpful and problem solved our pre-arranged taxi pickup at the Civititechia port. Would definitely stay again.

We chose the hotel for its location close to Fiumicino Airport and to the sea. Our room overlooked the water and was bright, large and comfortable. It is an older building so has no elevator so pack an overnight bag if you are on the top floor and can't handle carrying bags upstairs. Breakfast was very good and the adjoining restaurant is also very good.
We were lucky to find free parking right out front.
Hotel Del Sole is in Santa Marinella, walking distance of the beach and a 15-minute walk from Santa Marinella Station. It offers free sun loungers and umbrellas at its private beach.

Very nice play and comfortable. Accessable to shops and restaurants. Only draw back no sandy beach all pebbly and rocky. Best if you have water shoes. Water was clean and refreshing. Very accessable beach with chairs and umbrella.
