Good location in Varena and Bellagio but the hotel seems abandoned with simple services (loose toilet seat) without maintenance. Dirty walls and musty smell in the room without proper maintenance.

A very very beautiful hotel with a million dollar view on the lake. Huge terraces with big stone vases and sunbeds. Very helpful and polite staff. The restaurant has a Michelin star, is one of the best I have ever visited and not expensive. Just 4 km from Lecco, they are building a new road for those who want to walk there on foot.
