From the moment we arrived, the reception staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of visually appealing and tasty options, including a delightful strawberry corner with treats like chocolate-covered strawberries, strawberry mousse, and more.
The staff surprised us by upgrading our room to a suite with a jacuzzi when they learned it was my birthday. They even gifted me a box of special design chocolates. This level of customer service truly created a "Wow" effect!
