The rooms are quite small ( but that's Europe), they are very clean and the beds are comfortable. It has the best view in Siena and alfresco dining or drinks is a must. The location is a short walk to the city and provides a relaxing haven. It's the best to go luggage to and from as there are no cobblestones.

Where do I start? I really want to come back and stay for ever. The staff is amazing, we asked them about recommendations and help with planning our days and they made everything so so easy. The surroundings are breathtaking and you have everything you need witihin a 15minute car ride. You wake up to the sound of birds and the views are stunning from the Hotel! The hotel restaurant is a must, the food and the service is outstanding. Breakfast is also amazing, a big variety of things out but you can also order some more stuff.
There is a beautiful pool but the weather wasn’t on our side while we were there so we couldn’t enjoy it. I am definitely coming back soon!

The breakfast was beautiful and so many choices and yummy. The hotel was clean. The lift was used often. The staff was kind and friendly. The location was terrific
The 3-star Albergo Chiusarelli is close to Siena Bus Station. Rooms have been completely renovated according to NeoClassical style. A buffet breakfast is served daily.

Quaint old hotel emphasis on the old part. Room may (or may not) have been cleaned but bathroom certainly hadn’t. There was soap scum, hair and beard trimmings over the basin and vanity and some sort of muck on the floor. Man on reception offered me a pokey little room in the corridor (no price reduction) instead, which I turned down. When I came back from dinner I asked the night manager (Marco) for cleaning products and he offered to do the cleaning for me. Room was on the top floor (no lift), facing the road (no sound proofing). Fridge did not work, no tea making facilities, air con could not be adjusted.
Hotel Italia is a charming 20-minute walk from Siena's Piazza del Campo. The escalator which connects the historical centre to Siena Station is 50 metres from the hotel. Buses stop just 30 metres...
