Great location, 2 minutes from beach, restaurants, shops, gelato all around, 10 minute stroll to the train station, 40 minute ride to Rome or a 30 minute ride to cruise port.
Hotel clean, tidy, bar, restaurant, breakfast included, terrace outside.
Good find, would stay again.

This is a wonderful place for those who want to have a true relaxing experience. The homemade food made by Silvia is very delicious, authentic Italian cuisine. Silvia herself is very helpful and goes above and beyond to make her guests as comfortable as possible. Her son and husband are also ready to help with anything. The rooms are very clean. It’s also a great place to practice your Italian as they mainly speak Italian.
Small town - easy to drive around. Convenient. WHY stay in ROME - and fight traffic. Stay here, on the beach, take the TRAIN in (8 Euro all day pass - train to/from Rome, bus, subway - all included).

I have returned to Ladispoli after over 20 years - in my teens I spent some memorable summer holidays there, as my relative used to live in Ladispoli.
This is a typical commuters town, so do not expect crowds of tourists! This means that you have an opportunity to enjoy shopping and eating out with locals - so, the quality of food is great and prices reasonable. Beautiful, black-sanded beach to relax on after sightseeing Rome. For more active - there is a sport centre where you can hire some watersport equipment or book lessons. Alternatively, you can enjoy miles of walks along the beach!
For ancient history fans - check out the "next door town" of Cerveteri with its world-famous Etruscan museum and necropolis.
And Rome - it is only 30-40 min by train.
Highly recommended if you do not mind to commute a bit to Rome.

Stopped by Ladispoli for a break and to have a drink. Enjoyed the lounge chairs while listening to great music (Bossa Nova Covers - Spotify). There is WiFi available to guests. Way too short of a visit but plan to return.

Ladispoli is primarily visited by Italians, but came across some English also. Most hotels and bars speak English and are eager to do so. Lots of good restaurants, mostly service fish on the seafront.

For a beach close to Roma it was as expected, the rubbish on the beaches and on the streets are an issue it’s a pity the local shop owners don’t take more pride in picking up rubbish outside their shops. We bought locally and ate at home. You can get a super large pizza for €10 and a 2 flavor gelato for €1:50 nearby although they’re is only so many carbs one can eat! Stone fruits and figs were amazing!! The sand is black volcanic sand expect it to be hot hot hot

We chose Ladispoldi for its convenience for dropping off our rental car - 37km to Fuimicino Airport and took around 40 mins so perfect for us.
Typical little beach town and has a few restaurants etc. Many of the residents work in Rome but choose to live in this quiet area.
Excellent location for relaxed access to Rome and/or Fiumcino airport. 2 mins walk to Ladispoli station, quiet (despite being next to the railway line), plenty of laid-back bars/restaurants. Private balcony plus roof-top shady terrace. Helpful staff. About 10 mins walk to private and public beaches, plenty of shopping. Train takes 30 mins to Rome centre, 50 mins to airport (into Rome, change at Travestere). Much less hassle for a one-night stopover than central Rome.
The people working at the hotel were very friendly reception, rooms and restaurant.
Nothing special about the hotel so don't expect to much, but I liked it and I could stay here again. Typical roman hotel and beach
Close to the beach black sand. Expensive sunbed, but free beach also. 10-15min walk to trainstation. Shopping ok. Fishrestaurants more or less the same menu all places. Less pasta dishes.
Property was quiet, peaceful. It’s like a ‘country house’. Very clean , comfortable. Enzo and Etzio are gracious hosts, that go out of their way to ensure your needs were met.
Short drive to Lago Bracciano and town of Anguillara. If you want to travel to central Rome it’s a short drive to the train station in Ladispoli.
We will return for our next trip to Rome!!!
Perfect place to stay when wanting to avoid staying in Rome and by the beach instead! With only a 30min train into Rome. Ladispoli a great little town, with great seafood restaurants. Even found proper ice coffee for 1.5 euros
Lovely apartment that includes full cooking facilities and a washing machine.
Very close to the beach / supermarket
central and secure building, lovely direct uninterrupted sea & beach view from my room, good sized bedroom and shower / toilet, excellent double glazed windows, lift if needed, owners always on site to help and reply via phone, sms , email very quickly
The location was excellent, and the hosts are super friendly! There is a supermarket next to the flat and the beach is 100m away. The train station is a 10 min walk away, allowing both a great city trip to Rome as well as a day at the beach!
Lovely hosts, very flexible and helpful with check-in and check-out. Nice bathroom, independent heating, fast reliable WiFi, extra set of keys available on request, close to the centre of Ladispoli, the beach and the station.
Best booking.com property I have ever stayed at. The property is very close to the beach and many bars with exceptional decor and a beautiful garden. I would say is best property in Ladispoli with a lovely host.
Really great place outside of Rome and close to the beach. The hosts and the meals were amazing. We were able to walk here from the train station (it’s not close but it is possible). Easy walk to the beach.
Breakfast not included. The location was more than perfect. Five minutes from grocery store. Two minutes to the beach. Coffee bar across the street. Several restaurants close by. Very quiet neighborhood.
Very clean and recently renovated. Very friendly and helpful owners. Excellent place to stay if visiting Ladispoli, Cerveteri and even Rome (30 mins by train)
Amazing location with own private beach. Great host, reception, food & free bike renting. Its a hidden gem with outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended!!
