Everything was absolutely perfect. Room was large, cleaned every day and quite for a truly restful sleep. Sonia and Federico are very caring and kind hosts, attentive to details and all needs. The location is fantastic to visit Porto Pino, Sant'Antioco, Carloforte and many other amazing places in Sulcis-Iglesiente. We will definitely book again here when back in this area. ;)

Stefania, the owner, met us in person (in the pouring rain!) despite late arrival. She is an extremely kind and helpful lady who did her best to fulfill our extra requests late in the evening. The place is very spacious and I found the bed really comfy (not too soft), which made up for the fact that it is a bit outdated. There is a coffee machine and the capsules were provided too. We booked it very short term as an "emergency" one night stay on the same day and were very happy that Stefania instantaneously replied to our booking (unlike 2 other properties on booking.com). She came to say goodbye the next day and brought little gifts for us which was a very nice gesture that we haven't experienced anywhere else on Sardinia:).

Staff are friendly and totally support with information and an honest answer. The pool is great with an easy pool side service for drinks and snacks. Overall all staff were helpful and you knew they were there to help you. Great all round service! Overall the breakfast was good and well catered for gluten free food.

We arrived at the hotel, couldn’t find a way in as the doors were locked, we walked around a derelict looking hotel, weeds growing through the paving, windows were dirty and had a less than welcome feel about the place. Eventually someone saw us and opened the door to let us in. They showed us to our room, which has dirty marks on the walls, the headboard was on one wall and the bedside cabinets had been removed and put in another wall with the bed. The windows were dirty. The bathroom although clean was not in a good state of repair. Breakfast was a cornetto, cornflakes and coffee or tea. Needless to say we would not be returning.
