The staff and grounds of the hotel are amazing but the rooms are very tired. The walls in the apartment are paper thin, and I could hear peoples full conversations in the next hotel rooms.
Just 150 metres from the beach and 100 metres from the Versilian thermal baths, this family-run hotel includes a large garden and free parking. Bike rental is possible on site.

Staff are excellent especially the man running the restaurant and waiting too he works very hard.
Very clean in room and hotel in general, interior of hotel is in good condition, light and relaxing.
I was only there overnight and stayed a week in Rimini...
I was only there overnight and stayed a week in Rimini before travelling to Cinquale. It's a quieter less frenetic Rimini. Hardly any shops and restaurants by comparison, but still nice (less crowded beaches) - I did stay in September though.
I liked what I saw, and would have preferred to stay longer, but had a long journey to complete.
Owners are very pleasant people, as well as other staff. The hotel is beautiful and cozy. Breakfast is nice, every day you can choose what fresh pastry to get. Tasty coffee which you can drink in the garden. I mentioned that the hotel is pet friendly. And owners have a cute doggo as well. Location is good, beach is 5 minutes to reach. You can get both to free and payed beaches. Area has multiple good restaurants to visit. Calm and beautiful. And I really enjoyed the opportunity to have room with balcony. Its a hudge plus.
The breakfast is pretty varied considering it is a small hotel- the building itself is light and dirty, the garden is spacious and a really cute and well kept space. Staff were very attentive. Parking on site is great. Free as well. Awesome locations really easy to access the beach and close by good quality restaurants. You can also take the night bus very easily to the centre of forte dei Marmi from here
Very friendly hosts. Private parking. Quiet place with possibility to sit in the garden. Breakfast. Close to the Beach and beachroad. There is a great Italian restaurant close to the hotel on the main beachroad. Familyrun and with a great eldery gentleman as waiter/host. He makes you smile and it’s worth visiting this restaurant, if you want a dinner.
First holiday with our toddler and Hotel Villa Undulna was pretty perfect. We got an apartment, having a kitchenette and a terrace were great for him and he loved the pool and trotting around the gardens.
While the facilities in the apartment were great it was a bit dingy and could do with a microwave!
Good breakfast, room was fine, the location was excellent for access to Cinquale and the beach. Forte Dei Marmi was only a 10-15 minute cycle away.
Staff were helpful and organised the concierge to run us to the train station when we couldn't find a taxi at 6:30am.
This family owned Hotel was the best of our trip in Italy, super warm atmosphere, friendly o serviceminded Staff, the dog Harry - a sweet corgie helping out in the reception, a swimmingpool, lovely breakfast, interior design- feels very personal and summer.
Maybe my experience was based on some expectations, but that's fine. First of all, you should know, that tis is a very small hotel. With just a couple of rooms. Rooms are very cute and nice, very clean. And the balcony is amazing. Parking was included.
We got an upgrade to a suit and it was really spacious and comfortable.
The location of hotel is ideal if you travel with a dog, the hotel has a big park and also there is a dog friendly beach just in front of the hotel.
Everything - nothing to fault. staff is amazing, breakfast buffet top notch, dinner in the restaurant really good. Food very tasty. Rooms and hotel cleaning is 10 out of 10. Pool very clean.
Beach is a 7/8 min walk.
the hotel used to be a beautiful hotel probably in 90s. however, the breakfast was so disappointing, the hotel needs renovation and the price was absolutely not worth it!
very disappointed
The hotel made considerable effort to cope with the covid 19 regulations, especially for breakfast. It a fantastic location, quite well taken care of. Rooms are clean and pleasant.
Breakfast pastries chosen from a list at check-in were ordered fresh for breakfast next day. Hotel was within easy walking distance of local restaurants and the beach.
