Prior to arriving we sent an E mail requesting one of their rooms with a view if it became available. The hotel got us one of the rooms and upgraded us free of charge. There are 3 reception staff and each and every one of them were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Likewise with the staff that served breakfast. The view from our hotel room was stunning and the location is exceptional. This was our first visit to Italy and this hotel certainly did not disappoint. We would highly recommend it. Great value. Very good hotel location, walking distance from train station and close to port, where You can visit Sirmione castle. Great breakfast with wide variety of food and fruits. Excellent staff, very kind and polite attitude. Room was clean with nice balcony and with outstanding view to Garda Lake. If I will travel to this location once again, I definitely choose this hotel.
