Location, beautiful garden, but the pool wasn’t woking when we where there. Staff were great, both girls from reception are amazing. So helpful and kind. Breakfast is delicous. Try cherry jam, it is sooo good. Parking is great. In conclusion you will feel Italy while enjoying your stay.

The hotel is close to the train station, the road has no sidewalk, but can be reached by car. It is a bit more difficult to find parking in that case, but we went to the Dolo station... There is one more station near Mira Mirano...
Venice is only 25 minutes by train. That was great.

In general it was a nice stay. Nothing terribly bad, nothing extraordinarily good, just average.
The breakfast was also pretty average. There was a very narrow selection of fruits. The lady that was in charge of the breakfast would always bring a very nice Cappuccino, this was the best part of the breakfast.
