It is such a small town, that most people only spend a few...
It is such a small town, that most people only spend a few hours there. As I came by train and bus, I chose to stay a night and enjoyed the quiet atmosphere as the sunset and the crowds left. The restaurant, Trattoria Bruschetteria La Cantina di Arianna, where I ate had a great choice on the menu and was a cosy place to eat.

You better bring a camera. You and your friends will not believe the views and sites without proof. Read up on its history, founding and development to gain an understanding and appreciation for the significance of this place. Clean, comfortable, with breakfast, fruits, mineral water, coffee, tea, milk provided, only about 25-30 min. walk from Civita di Bagnoregio. The host was exceptionally kind, helped us unpack, showed us the parking lot and gave us a green card for free parking as well. (Even though he spoke only Italian, whilst we spoke English, we understood each other perfectly well and he was very patient). We would definitely recommend this place and hoping to go back again!LillaHungary

I have visited civita several time but this is first to spend the night. Claudia was very nice. escorted us to the property and provided all necessary parking and access information and support.

Comfortable beds and fast internet. Full kitchen so we could eat some meals at home. Short walk to grocery store, bakeries, produce stores, and cafes. Walking distance to the Civita di Bagnoregio, and by car 30 minutes to Bomarzo (Monster park) and 45 mins Orvieto. Hosts were so friendly and helpful. The beds at Acqua di Civita Beauty and Rooms were the absolute best, The AC worked great too. Every interaction we had with the property managers were excellent. We also enjoyed sitting and reading in the garden. I think it is well worth it to spend a night or two here in town as opposed to before the bridge. WIFI worked great.
