The place was so clean. Were given a kettle in the room which was a plus. Car secure as gate is locked. Small but good breakfast. Cater also for gluten free diet. Very quiet surroundings.

This place is fantastic. Outside area is very big. It has a big swimming pool, and a big garden. Also it is very central where one can reach Syracuse and Noto very easily. All it needs is a little bit of retouching here and there, but the place being so large is very difficult to maintain 100%. Great value for money

The staff were very helpful - we made a last minute booking because we had to do a late cancellation at an Airbnb. We stayed in the annex to the Samoa Beach at Arenella Rooms hotel - which was very comfortable.
