Although we didn't use the swimming pool, it looked very nice along with the rest of the good outdoor area. The adjoining restaurant was very good with friendly staff and good food. It was close to Anagni and easy to reach other places by car. There was a party in one of the function rooms and we enjoyed listening to the music and watching the young people enjoying themselves without having to drink to excess!

The location is fantastic, peaceful and private. The restaurant foods was exceptional. The breakfast had a large array of both sweet and savory foods, and fantastic coffee. The medieval town of Anagni was great to visit with easy parking and convenient restaurants. Claudio and Simona welcomed us as if we were family and made us feel right at home. Simona speaks English so there is no language barrier. The rooms are quite spacious, the pool area is relaxing and the breakfast/common room is very large and comfortable. Anagni was a delightful surprise about an hour south of Rome - almost a Tuscan hilltop town in its old centre, but not yet ruined by tourism. We selected it for an overnight stay because we wanted to visit the beautiful cathedral with its Cosmati tiled floor and its frescoes. There are other prominent ancient cathedrals / monasteries in the same region.

The best restaurant in Anagni. Good value for money! Excellent location, if you are travelling by car. There is a Carrefour 3 km away and the railway station is 8 km away, with a large free car park next to it. There is a train to Rome every hour so if you want to spend a day visiting the capital, you need not drive in the big city or worry about parking in it. In the centre of Anagni, parking space can be hard to find but fees are quite reasonable.
