Obviously the location and spa is the main draw here, it's amazing. The restaurant was fine, not a huge menu but we self catered for most of our meals. The house we stayed in (The Clubhouse) was nice, fitting 4 adults and 1 child very comfortably.

The location is beautiful, and the house has everything you need, cozy, but spacious. The kitchen has everything you need, even extra oil, spices, pasta, coffee, in case you miss something. We have not used the gas grill outside though. And the living room has breath taking views, and on top of that, the hut-tub outside.

Really lovely hotel. The owner was super nice and served us food even though the kitchen had just closed for the evening. The views from the back "garden" are amazing, and the hot tub and sauna available are perfect to relax in after a long day of travelling. The room itself had everything we needed. Wonderfully secluded cottage in the middle of the countryside. Well situated for trips to Snaefellsnes. Very friendly and nice hosts living on with their farm next door. Possibility to book a guided horse ride with one of their icelandic horses, which was a magical experience! The cottage was well equipped, clean and absolutely cozy. We really enjoyed our stay here and can fully recommend!
