It was so bad that we did not even stay there and we had sent a request for a refund which was not accepted as the managers didn't notice it and asked us to pay full price. The hotel doesn't look like it's photos at all. Shitty hotel please never stay here

I loved staying here. The location is great in McLeod Ganj, close to everything to walk but in a very quiet area. 3 min walk to the Dalai Lama temple. The staff are extremely friendly and the rooms are great. The bed is very comfortable, tea/coffee and kettle in the room, a fridge, snacks and water. The room was clean and a beautiful balcony overlooking Dharamsala. The buffet breakfast in the morning is excellent and the sitting area has a beautiful view. The staff will help you out with anything you need.
