The best breakfast we've ever had (the bonus pancakes were amazing!). Room was spacious (our 11 year-old liked the fact he had his own room!) Staff and owners were extremely friendly and helpful. Arrived very late, at approx 1:15am and was checked in by a lovely night porter who was super helpful. I was given a huge room with a great bath and shower and a very comfortable bed. The public facilities in the hotel were more like a home than a hotel and I can't say I've seen anything like it before in Ireland. Well considered and comfortable. All areas were super clean and when I was checking out, I observed another guest saying to the concierge that the staff were excellent during his stay.I mirrored his sentiments. It does seem like there is attention to detail here that is sadly lacking in many other hotels in Ireland. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh ingredients. I will definitely return here on my next trip.
