The Cosy Room is one of the bedrooms in an apartment which seem to let out on short term basis. Anthony who I dealt with was helpful & assisted with a change of dates with ease.
There is a shared living area & self catering kitchen which along with ensuite bedroom was spotlessly clean & well attended. There were toiletries, clean towels & a welcoming packet of crisps which was a nice touch.
Ample parking was directly outside front door. It is within Shannon Town, from where required destinations are easily reached.
If an alternative to a hotel is required, then The Cosy Room is ideal.

Airport is so efficient and staff are professional .Security is done so efficiently, a really painless experience and so much better that other airports. The local road system is a joy and well signposted. Our stay at Oakwood hotel was just lovely and staff were really great, always available and ultra helpful. The hotel was peaceful, comfortable and food of excellent quality.

We flew in to Shannon from London & used it as jumping off point to other areas in & south of Shannon. Convenient location. People we encountered were very friendly there, & really everywhere we went over our 4 days on the island.

We very much enjoyed are stay in are accommodation near Shannon Airport, we wasn't expecting it to be so lovely at Carrygerry Country House Hotel. It only took 12 minutes to drive to it from the airport and nicely welcomed at the door by Gillian and shown to are room. Shannon airport, easy to park, easy to get too by car.

We were flying out of Shannon Airport so travelled up from Cork and stayed overnight at Treacys Oakwood Hotel, beautiful hotel with beautiful staff, I cannot fault it at all, we left out cars at the hotel and got a taxi to the airport.. talk about comfort!!. Shannon Airport was our point of entry and departure from Ireland. We stayed only on the night before departure. There is little to do in this town, but we found lovely accommodations to stay close to the airport the night before our flight home at the CarryGary country house. Close to Shannon airport but you feel like you are far away from civilization. While the amenities are not perfect the atmosphere and feeling of being at home is evident. Gillian, the owner is welcoming, kind and accommodating. The dinner was fantastic. The restaurant has won many awards and deserves them. I loved my short stay there and hope to be back someday.
