We booked here last minute as the place we were supposed to stay in Donegal had some plumbing issues. It ended up working out great because we absolutely loved this place. The owners were so kind and went out of their way to help with anything. The rooms were larger than I expected and were so cute. The location was so close to town, it was perfect. There was a common area that we didn't get time to use but would have been perfect for playing games. I can't say enough good things about Siân and Donegal Manor. Will stay here again in the future if I ever make it back to Donegal.

Oh my that was a lovely break, we were trying to get a bed in Donegal but it's just outside of it. If you want a peaceful night in beautiful house and with astounding scenery that's the place you should start, trully lovely down there.
BEWARE OF THE CAT. He's a gentleman but don't want to be approched.

We went to Sliabh Liag which was one of the things that we wanted to see. Worth every step up the cliffs with spectacular views.
The pub in Frosses has very good food and we enjoyed a few meals there.
The Castle in Donegal is also a must see and of course the Silver Strand Beach with its 174 steps down to the beautiful beach.

Frosses is a very small village so a car is a must!
Frosses is a very small village so a car is a must! However within a ten minute drive you are in the bustling Donegal Town with a choice of coffee shops/restaurants and pubs. Lots of beaches to explore too.
