Upon arrival I had an issue with the airport pick but this was resolved swiftly by Ivan in a professional manner. Also during my stay there was an issue with my room of which Ivan dealt with it without fuss. Ivan who is in charge of the front desk is an attentive member of staff and the only one who speaks English very well. I mentioned this because Ivan is very accomodating, he is an asset to this hotel and made my stay a pleasane one.
