The view from the terrace was amazing - that's what this apartment is all about. The terrace is perfect - we used it all the time - the sun shines there for breakfast and then the shade all day, which is great when it's very hot. We got little present from the host and she was very kind and helpful :). The beach was 30 meters away. We packed the scooters for the children and then was the city center accessible wihout problems (20 mins of walking)

Stunning location - right across from a beautiful beach. Modern, large and comfortable apartment. Julie (our host) was excellent, she really went above and beyond for us. We also absolutely loved our crepes in the morning!

Everything was excellent. If you are looking for spacious, comfort, modern apartment close to the beach located in the most beautiful place in Brač, you are in the right place! We were pleasantly surprised by everything. It was far more better than the pictures. The apartment includes three bedrooms with two bathrooms, one toilet, two spacious and one small balconies. You will also fall in love with Sutivan. I highly recommend this apartment for large families or if you are travelling with group of friends.

Sutivan is a very quiet and pretty little seaside village. It is of course the home of the famous luxury Lemon Garden hotel. We did not stay there as it was over our budget but we did look around and it is magnificent. We did have a delicious lunch in their lovely restaurant right on the sea. the most impressive thing in Sutivan is the concern for the quality of life - the beauty of the place, cleanliness and tidiness, well-organized green areas, and priceless - the absence of unnecessary noise, the volume is adequate and there is no blaring music from every bar, well-maintained playgrounds for children, everything you need is available - in the morning I can buy fresh croissants, fresh fruits and vegetables...kind employees in shops, pharmacies, restaurants

If you are looking for a quiet place to stay on the island...
If you are looking for a quiet place to stay on the island of Brac, then Sutivan is the best place. Because it is a small town, there are less tourists and more tranquility. The beaches are of course smaller than, for example, in Supetar, but definitely nicer and without crowds. At the same time, Supetar is so close that you can drive up to it for major purchases or explore other sights.

Sutivan is extremely picturesque and very relaxed —our accommodation ( Apartment Afrodita)was excellent with Mila a star ( she doesn’t speak English and payment is by cash or IBAN xfer —if you do a bit of German your fine) -the food standard in the village isn’t great if you dine out ( exception of Garden grill ) and we hiked or bussed to Supetar when we could however the village is VERY family friendly .DONT get a taxi from the ferry without pre booking as l was charged £43 for 9 kilometres-everything else l pre booked and l would recommend Zip transfers for Split airport to harbour ( half the cost of others )

Great little place.
Great little place. You can enjoy beautiful beaches or ride around the island with lots of content. Local food speciality is great to try, and oil museum and Brac Island museum are great additional activities.lr469162Croatia

We were there for 10 days and we really appreciated the possibility of relaxing in the room with a beautiful view. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They helped us many times with the requests we had. The location of the apartment is the best possible in Sutivan. Sea front apartment, beautiful pebble and rocky beaches and clear sea. There is a small playground in the yard and bicycles you can use and return.

The location is fantastic, great views, quiet, but literally 10 mins walk along the sea front from pretty Sutivan. The villa is better than the photos - high quality fittings, spacious lounge, open kitchen, comfy beds and a superb terrace and pool. Ivan helped organise taxis and boat trips and even lent us his baby seat when our taxi arrived without one! Thoroughly recommend. We will definitely return if we can

House, with 2 other similar houses of same host, is situated in quit location, just 100m from nice beach, and at walking distance from center of Sutivan. Car parking is in the front of the entrance door. Host has also very nice bistro in Sutivan, with terrace on the sea.
