Well, the location is not bad, but then most of rooms are located "backwards". The place is kept nice and tidy. Even the house keeper was bumping in twice trying to clean the room on the departure date.... rather early.
Close to the centre of Makarska and located at a pebbly beach, the charming family-run Hotel Maritimo is close to a sports marina, boasting magnificent views of the Brač and Hvar Islands.

The restaurant is A La Carte, but guests of the hotel can book a menu dinner in advance for € 18.00, which is excellent value for 4 courses - limited choice of 2 options for each course, but very generous portions and so tasty.
This is a very small hotel, but the staff are so nice and welcoming.

Location was perfect. Food was good but can bee better. Rooms in Anex were very pleasant in high pinewood and near to the sea. We were in September and did not need AC in that room. Free parking and lot off place for parking. We were with small child and was everything good for him. Beach, sea, big pinewood with fantastic shade.
