This is a very spacious apartment on the entrance floor. Large fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher. Living room with air conditioner which was important in the summer heat. 2 comfortable bedrooms and a shower with a washing machine. The apartment gave us a pleasant feeling. There is a supermarket a short drive away. The village is located a short drive from the city of Rijeka. We really enjoyed staying in the apartment.

My boyfriend was the primary guest for this trip and Duško and Maritsa were great hosts who we would recommend to anyone deciding to stay in this area of Croatia. The reservation was for Thursday to Tuesday morning. During his stay there he felt like their son - extremely warm and caring people. They brought him warm homemade pie and home-grown fruit grown in their garden. The apartment is clean and equipped with everything you need. The hosts also have a pet, Ricky, who may greet you with a bark, but once he sniffs you, he will become your first friend, bringing more joy during your stay. If you need an apartment in Dražice, do not hesitate to stay with Dushko and Maritsa.

Kastav is not really touristy but it's only a few minutes from Opatija and is much quieter and very lovely. Kukuriku is in the old town and it's SUCH a lovely hotel with a great restaurant. I don't think the listing here does it justice - check out their website to get a better sense of the hotel.

The location to the bus depot was fantastic.. a few steps! However it’s not very inviting walking past public toilets and smelly dumpsters to get to the accommodation. Once inside the building it’s approximately 27 steps up to the main entrance of the accommodation (no lift) the accommodation itself is fantastic! Super clean, nicely presented, very comfortable bed and good bathroom facilities. Very helpful hosts.
