Breakfast was Okish, wasn’t expecting cooked, but glasses was dirty, white powdery stains at the bottom, milk warm so cereal wasn’t pleasant to eat, home made pancakes but cold. Location ok, close to beach, long walk to main town but knew this at the time of booking so you’ll need some sort of transport.
Situated right across the sandy beach of Tigaki, the 4-star Zorbas Beach Hotel includes 3 free-form swimming pools, a buffet restaurant, a theme restaurant and 3 bars.

We liked the hotel a lot , music was played by the pool but if you wanted a nice relaxing time there was 2 other amazing pools with the sea view and no music was played. Little super market right by the hotel , very good prices.
Not many families with children so it was so nice for adults.
Great staff , very friendly and smiley.
Food lovely . much to choose from. Lovely vegetarian options too.

Tigaki is easy to access by public buses.
Tigaki is easy to access by public buses. If you are visiting with a tour, you will be picked up and dropped off to your hotel. There are variety of choices for beaches and dinner. However, there was not enough traditional things to discover. You may think hiring a car or joining a tour for discovering other parts of the island. Tigaki is located at north and depending on the weather, you may face with waves rather than a smooth sea. In this case, you may choose to swim at the south.

Our biggest problem was the food.
Our biggest problem was the food.
All inclusive is hard to please everyone.
German and Dutch etc orientated.
Cannot fault the staff from old to young, beginning of the day till the end were great.
Beer etc was OK.
I had an excellent week at the hotel. Dimitra is the most wonderful of hostesses. She was there for everyone and was only too happy to help. The hotel is close to Tigaki village, so easy to walk to and try some local cuisine. The food in the hotel is great, especially breakfast. Great selection of drinks. Plenty of space around the pool. The rooms could be modernised, but it will not affect your stay here. You are surrounded by amazing and friendly staff.
My Mum and I loved it here and in Kos and cannot wait to stay again.
Great small hotel. Very friendly staff. Very nice self service breakfast. We were only here a day as easyjet messed us around requiring a hotel for just one day, but the staff were very nice. A 1.5 litre bottle of water (you can't drink the two water in Kos) is good value. Had a nice pizza for lunch. Very very nice Greek taverna right next door of you want to eat somewhere else. Rooms are a bit tight for 4, quite narrow, but this is a 3 star. WiFi worked everywhere and was powerful and free. Free floats, balls etc at pool
The hotel is located near Kos city, easily accessible by bus or car. The property has its own beach and an aquapark. The rooms are extra clean, the staff is smily and helping. There are tematic nights at the restaurant every day, food is delicious and has a wide choice. The welcoming gifts in the room, as well as the mineral water placed on a daily basis was a nice thing. We asked to have rooms next to each other and they managed to do it despite the hotel was almost full.
Nice small hotel with lovely pool with an array of blow up lilos for use. Good sized dining area around the very well stocked bar. Staff members friendly and attentive. Room was good with 2 ample sized bedrooms with bathroom in the middle. Air con was very efficient. Plenty of towels available. Breakfast was buffet style. Had meals at lunch time which were nice. Area was nice and quiet close to the beach. Would stay again.
As always the family and staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. They are the reason that so many of their guests return year after year. The location is beautiful, although a little way from the centre of Tigaki which may not be for everyone. The pool area is lovely and there are plenty of sunbeds. The whole place: rooms, pool area, bar/restaurant, gardens are kept spotlessly clean.
The hotel is reachable from Kos Town via a local bus line. I really liked the effort the staff put in to ensure a nice stay for the guests. Due to my late check-in, I missed the dinner, however, they offered to have lunch the following day for free to compensate me, without me asking for it. Great staff and guest relations. Also, the walk-in pool from the room feels really luxurious.
Buffet breakfast every morning was excellent, served until 10.30, there was always a good variety, regularly replenished. The rooms were large and comfortable, the owners and staff very friendly and helpful. Large balcony, large walk in shower, very comfortable bed. Bars, restaurants and beach all very close by, large supermarket next door, right beside the bus stop into Kos town.
Fantastic location right on the main strip about a 10/15 min walk to beach.
Stella was so lovely and really made effort to make sure we were ok,thank you XX
So peaceful, surrounded by fields, cows mooing and lots of wildlife in trees.
Most days had pool to ourselves. If you like doing your own thing with no hassle and tranquillity then this is a great base for your stay on Kos.
Small family run hotel, walking distance to the town and beach. Lovely pool and bar area. Excellent air conditioned rooms. We had a 2 bedroom family apartment, adequate size. We didn’t use the kitchen facilities. We ate at the poolside bar most days for breakfast and lunch. Excellent choices all made fresh to order. The kids loved the waffles, pancakes and crepes.
Very good hotel. I travelled a lot and usually hotels have small swimming pools. But this had 4 swimming pools, one of them really huge. The food was nice. Staff was super professional. We had wonderful view from the terrace. There are many additional activities. If you like all inclusive hotels, that you can spent all you stay inside, this hotel is for you.
The hotel is very modern, well maintained and rooms very comfortable. Service is exceptional. Staff are so friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect, within easy reach of beach, bars, restaurants and local bus links to Kos Town. The onsite restaurant serves a wide range of dishes to suit all tastes.
Breakfast at the hotel was so convenient and perfect and our room was a quiet little escape with amazing beds and brand new facilities. The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is completely new and really feels like an escape.
For the price it is your best choise in Tigaki with comfy beds good aircon and nice people
The place is being renovated recently with visible marks, I had a very comfortable stay thank you!
And dont forget visit Panakea restaurant nearby for the best Zythos in town!
Really large, well equipped and clean apartment. Quiet location but the main area of Tigaki is very easily accessible by foot. Just across the road from the beach. There is also a bus stop right outside where you can get a bus into Kos Town.
The entire staff was excellent and very helpful in every situation. We really enjoyed every little thing, from the stunning hotel with swimming pools to the bars and buffet. Really amazing and recommended as the best hotel in Kos
Excellent wonderful accomodation. Staff were excellent great snack bar and lovely pool.
Very quiet at nighttime. Ten minutes gentle walk into town. Great resrruants.
The family that runs the hotel was very polite and cares a lot for their guests. Close to the sandy beach and restaurants of Tigaki. Breakfast was very good.
