From the moment we arrived at Rethymno Villas, we knew our stay would be something special. Nestled in the charming village of Prines, just a stone's throw from bustling Rethymno, this villa was our perfect getaway sanctuary. Manolis, our gracious host, welcomed us with the keys and warm smiles, setting the tone for what was to be a fabulous five-day stay. The villa itself is a masterpiece of comfort and style. With spacious rooms and modern amenities, it accommodated our family of four (two adults and two children aged 15 and 11) perfectly. Each bedroom boasts comfortable beds and individual air conditioning controls, ensuring personalized comfort for all. The living spaces are expansive, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the outdoor area. The pool and jacuzzi were our private oasis, ideal for cooling off during the day or enjoying a serene evening under the stars. The thoughtfully equipped kitchen allowed us to whip up delicious meals with ease, and the outdoor barbecue became the center of our evening entertainment. Location-wise, Rethymno Villas could not be better placed. The peaceful ambiance of Prines contrasts beautifully with the lively Rethymno, only a 10-minute drive away, where we explored an array of delightful tavernas. The villa's proximity to the town combines convenience with tranquility, giving the best of both worlds. Everything in the villa is meticulously planned to ensure us we have everything needed. From kitchen gadgets for home-cooked meals to the plush loungers by the pool, every detail contributes to a truly home-away-from-home experience. We left Rethymno Villas with cherished memories and a promise to ourselves to return. For anyone looking for a blissful retreat in Crete, look no further. Room very clean. WI FI powerful, Position of the hotel is perfect to visit the city center without taking the car. Patking is quite easy in the road. Nice swimming pool.

Breakfast was good. Hotel right on the beach, hearing the sea and view of beach from our room was lovely. Quiet in the room considering the main road was so busy. Very nice balcony with view directly of the sea.

Great location overlooking the old harbour. Would recommend a stay here just to photograph the sunrise. The rooms were clean and comfortable with friendly staff.

Can’t recommend this hotel enough, the staff are all so lovely, we felt very safe here and the location is perfect as you’re both close to the old town and close to the beach! We will definitely be recommending to friends and family and hope to stay again. We took a sail boat trip on the hotel boat and it was such a fun excursion, beautiful views and a lovely boat so definitely recommend this too.
