We arrived late and Joanna was there to greet us with a beverage and a snack. The facilities, location and food were all great. We were only there for one night but would have loved to stay longer.

It was really close to the airport, which was great after a long flight! The gentleman who helped us on our arrival, which was after midnight, was just fantastic! Nothing was too much trouble. Service is 24 hours 6 we got to have a nightcap. Rooms were lovely and clean.spacious and well laid out.
There was a pool which was cute, but we didn't get a chance to use it.
We slept well thanks to the nice air con in our room.
Breakfast was nice. We paid extra for a cafe latte but not much, and it was worth it as it was really good.
Staff are all so friendly and helpful.too.
We sat outside in the sun for 2 hours, and it was idyllic.
For the money we paid, this is great value.

Hotel in an excellent location, close to the beach and restaurants.
The breakfast is good.
This is the perfect holiday location. Lovely villa, great sized pool (with toddler area) and a 2 minute walk from Loutraki beach. The beach is sandy and shallow. The sea was warm and crystal clear. We stayed in the six bedroom villa which is actually two apartments on top of each other. So we had two kitchens and living areas, great for a big group. The outdoor space is lovely and the views from the balcony are beautiful. A car is needed as there are no shops close by (5 min drive to supermarket). There is another beach a short drive away which is nice and has paddle boarding and jet skis for hire but we liked Loutraki beach best. It is quieter and has a great beach bar with plenty of loungers. Great holiday!!

Clean and functional rom, a bit old though.
Clean and functional rom, a bit old though. It has its charm !
Due to the period of the year (late October) all seaside restaurants and shops were closed in Marathi : have your dinner close to the airport prior to come or bring your own food if you arrive late at night !
Must be a nice and not too busy location in high season though.

We loved the house. it suited our family. The pool and bbq were great. We would have preferred our own table tennis table rather than sharing but everything else was great. We loved being a 2 minute walk from the lovely beach. We were there the first week in september and unfortunately the only local restaurant on the beach was closed in the evening as the summer season had literally just finisghed. however they stayed open for us. we were the only ones there and it was the best meal we had(amazing chips and mussels). there was a nearby taverna which we went to one evening which was nice for food but most evenings if we were eating out we went to marathi harbour a 10 minute drive away. it was a great place to explore the north west of Crete and easy to get to chania

Lovely beach. Very safe for children.
Lovely beach. Very safe for children. Excellent restaurants with very friendly staff, and a very good beach taverna for lunches. Easy to park if you arrive at a reasonable time. Good range of water sports for active families, only 6 euros for two sun beds and umbrella. Good value for all day. Ice creams, toilets and coffee and bar, what more could you want ?

Lovely beach areas, one of which is strictly reserved for military personnel. In July and August they get really busy and very popular with locals, unless you are there early you will struggle to find shade and loungers. €6-£12 for 3 loungers and a parasol. Avoid Stavros Beach €25 for the same!!!😨 There is a fab taverna on the far beach Rokos, you can have fresh grilled fish, very popular with the locals and very reasonable. If staying in Marathi you really could do with hiring a car to get out and about and for a wider choice of eating places.
