The view from the balcony was wonderful and the property is only a short walk from the beach. My wife has special dietary needs and the staff produced a special breakfast for her everyday. There was a nice walk to restaurants in either direction from the property. Falasarna is a peaceful place.

I take it as one of the most beautiful beaches.
I take it as one of the most beautiful beaches. Beautiful sunsets. Clear transparent sea. Turquoise colours melting into the big blue. Golden sand with shades of red when sea allows it, bringing it with waves at certain times, we were lucky to witness it. In the mornings when there's almost no one around you can enjoy in the soft waves covering the san, tranquil sea sounds and sun coming on top of the mountains.VladimirNetherlands - 10Scored 10

Very nice beach with the clearest water. Large space for sunbeds and even larger free zone. Many taverns and bars near the beach with amazing view, Spilios stood out with very good food and prices.

A refreshing break from the full on holiday park of the North Coast We only stayed a couple of days so little time to explore but would return to this area if in Crete again. The sea here is astonishing - really clear turquoise water.
The sea here is astonishing - really clear turquoise water. There is a busy section of beach but you can find quieter places North of Big Beach. The sunsets are incredible. It is cooler than other parts of Crete due to the wind. the sea is colder here too. There are amazing tavernas in the nearby town on top of the the hill.

Hotel is situated nearby beach (the closest apx 50m, larger one to the left apx 200m, for parents with babies on the right side apx 100m), at every beach sets with umbrellas and two seats per 8euro per day, with showers. On the ground floor of hotel is big restaurant, small shop with everything. Against hotel is ATM. Parking no problem, by hotel. Surroundings of hotel is amazing, it was our third accomodation at Crete, and views were beautiful and breathtaking - important - to have a room at upper levels of hotel!

The location of the property is great, very close to all the beaches in Falasarna and bus station. Also the market in Falasarna Bay Hotel is very close and has a good variety of all the necessary things for a reasonable price. The property has a very nice garden with the sea view where the hosts serve a delicious breakfast in the morning. Also the owner's dogs were very cute and friendly. We stayed 1 week here and it was an amazing experience.

The studio was modern, spotless, and had all the amenities (toiletries, coffee, fresh cake, raki, cold water bottle and orange juice in the fridge. On top of it, the owners made me breakfast in the morning (for free). Also had strong wifi, and good tv selection. The tavern right next door was excellent as well.

The owners live on the premises and they make themselves available 24/7. There was a problem with the air conditioning but they fixed it half a day after I reported it (very quickly, if you ask me). Excellent location, 2 minutes walk from the grocery store and 10 minutes walk from the beautiful Falassarna beach. Many taverns nearby. The owners also sell honey, wine and olive oil of their own production, but I haven't tried them.

Kiki is very nice and welcoming. She gave us a lot of advices about restaurants and Balos +++ which is an incredible place, very beautiful. We enjoy our day in Balos thanks to Kiki's advices. We didn't take breakfast because we didn't have time but Kiki offered us cakes and fruits. Next time we will test her breakfast !!
