We went in October with a 7year old girl so 3 of us Loved the food, it was wonderful in the main restaurant and the seating areas outside were so pretty We didn't try the upstairs restaurant Elios as the main one was just perfect We had a birthday evening at the Lower restaurant Rhodies, it was heaven! it was out 7yo's 7th birthday so they erealy looked after us + added balloons + put candles on a cake for her! so special. We stayed in the upper area + it was just beautiful Breakfast was amazing We chose all-inclusive + felt that that was just perfect for our break. Staff were AMAZING Service was AMAZING The kids' club was AMAZING - small and perfect, it felt boutique + not crowded and so far away from the tacky view I had of a kids club (we'd never used one before) + Anna was so good as their children's entertainer, no booking is needed just turn up and your child can come and go timing-wise. We booked a 2-bed kitchenette (only used to make tea as all-inclusive was amazing!) and I have to say the pics do NOT do the room justice! 2 terraces! just lush. Booking a hire car was so simple + easy breezy too at reception We will be back!!

The property was lovely and modern. Rooms were very clean and spacious. The pool was a very good size and there was amazing views of the sea. The staff was the highlight of the show. They are spectacular, very attentive. The food at the restaurant is 10/10. It is not a far a walk into town and to the beach but have to go up hill on the way back, but not a problem the taxi is €10 back to the hotel. We would definitely go again. One to remember. The villa was absolutely gorgeous. The pool area was truly beautiful and got direct sunlight all day. The inside, whilst small, contained everything we needed and was beautifully decorated. Eleni was really helpful at checking in and was available throughout the stay to make sure everything went very smoothly.

The rooms were very spacious, minimal and extra clean. A serene place with very good breakfast and extremely helpful staff. We visited this place with a large group of friends in order to attend a baptism on the actual hotel. Therefore we had company and we had a great time. If that wasn't the case, the hotel is extremely quiet and mainly oriented for people who play Golf. The interiors are also very American Golf Style.

The best hotel I have ever been. The staff was just amazing, they did everything to make all the guests feel welcome. The hotel itself looked amazing - I totally fell in love with the place and if I ever travel back to Crete it would be my first choice to stay again. The food was amazing and wide selection (also there was food that kids loved), and the pools were warm and clean. The room was 3 floored, 55 m2 - all was nice and working. I highly recommend it. The seaside was not so close that you could walk so easily (hotel offered also paid transfer), but if you have car it was 5 min drive. City that it was close to was beautiful and many family activities were 10-20 minutes drive away. I am very happy that I had pleasure to stay there for 5 days.

The resort is beautiful just like on the photos. we stayed in a 2 bedroom villa with a pool, which was amazing and very clean and had everything we needed, especially since we travelled with a baby. we do however feel that for the price we paid the villa should be cleaned every day, at the least the towels should be changed. we had booked half board and breakfast was really good with lots of choices, dinner was buffet style and without much imagination, especially for the price we paid. The photos of the food variety were very different. On the first night was ‘Greek night’ which was delicious and was served to us but compared to other hotels in this price range dinner option at the buffet were not great. Cocktails were delicious and many varieties. The staff were friendly but one or two were more attentive than others who need better training. The hotel at that level lacks professionalism , it seems a bit too casual. We didnt have a car but feel you need one because going into town took 20 minutes which was fine but walking back was up a steep hill which in the middle of summer might be a bit too hot and tiring.

The room very comfortable and perfectly clean. The food was one of the best I have ever had at a hotel. Once again THANKS to all the staff for wonderful hospitality! I recommend one hundred percent. I will definitely come again next year.
