The location was close to Liverpool 1, Museums and good food.
When we arrived at the initial room and the electricity wasn't working. I spoke with staff at the front desk who contacted maintenance. The maintenance guy was there in minutes found the problem but explained that it would take around 30 mins. He then arranged for a new room with a better view. He also arrange for a bottle of wine for the inconvenience. The front staff also gave use a voucher for drinks at the bar. Now thats service . We would definitely use the Pullman again

Obviously some wear and tear on the room but honestly nothing that effects the stay. Gorgeous room, comfy beds, staff were lovely and didn't mind checking us in a little earlier since our room was ready and breakfast was nice the next morning. Would definitely stay again

the room I was allocated must have had a new coat of paint (that nice smell) with a new bed and carpet - as good as any hotel! Not guidance as to what facilities I was allowed to use (ie kitchen, etc) and a non-terrestrial TV . These little things I think are important.
