Nice old pub, well presented, full of charm. Food was great. Nice accommodation, very comfortable. Good value for money with breakfast included.

Very near our cycle route (King Alfred’s Way). Comfy bed. Lovely hot bath after cycling. We had a hose to clean our bikes and we could store bikes indoors.
