Independent hotel in a gorgeous period building. Rooms tastefully designed with a mix of period and modern furniture and decor. Lovely communal period drawing room. The beds and pillows are super comfortable. Tea, water, and espresso machine in bedrooms, including a small fridge.Very good breakfast with lots of choice. Efficient and very friendly staff.
We stayed in Victoria which was a small cosy room but totally adequate in size. Wasn't en-suite but the bathroom was opposite our room and private to us. And, huge! This setup wasn't a problem at all.
Plenty of parking available at the hotel, which is a couple of minutes walk into central Litchfield.
Would definitely stay again and in Victoria bedroom.
