Very bad experience. I have booked 2 twins room but they gave us 2 separate rooms and very away to each other. I have 2 children and we stayed separate. I asked them to give us please 2 rooms near to each other because there are empty rooms but they don't, no one on reception waiter's handling reception you need to call them and no parking spaces I parked my car away from hotel and we are couple but they no have double bed.never go there waist of money.

Everything was great. We had a fabulous time. The room, the staff, the bar, the location and particularly the Spa. It really was better than we'd hoped. We cannot wait to go again.

Great place to stay we had a party in town so it was convenient to stay for us
Room was nice bigger then I thought comfortable bed we had kettle coffee maker with biscuits and breakfast bar
Staff were really friendly and helpful showed us to the room and explained how we have 24 hour access by a side door with key fob
Car park opposite and it cost us 3.90 for 24 hours
We had a drink in the beer garden before we rang a taxi for the party they gave us a list of numbers it was great atmosphere in the pub
It is an old building and lots of stairs to the room something to be aware of if you have walking problems
