Housekeeper changed tumble dryer and got electrician to change faulty electrical plug when we reported not working. All facilty such as microwave, airfryer, fridge, cooker was present including TV and WiFi, kettle, Iron, ironing board and clean bedding and towels provided.

Nice room, excellent breakfast, all staff brilliant. Nice touches like a glass of prosecco on arrival and complimentary water in the room.

The staff were excellent. Very welcoming on arrival, suggested an alternative walking route to Canary Wharf which was lovely. The chap on reception checked us in with ease and was very accommodating when we decided to have breakfast the following morning. Although not as much breakfast choice as some more expensive hotels, there was enough variety for us all to enjoy a filling and well cooked/prepared breakfast.
All in all, couldn't have asked for more welcoming and helpful staff.
Rooms were clean and all necessary items provided.
