Convenient location just outside Exeter, large free car park. Staff welcoming and friendly. Our room in a quiet position, no road noise despite being beside a busy roundabout. Room small, but very clean with everything to hand. King size bed comfortable. Room cleaned and tidied daily, towels changed, tea, coffee etc. topped up. Easy after hours access via key fob. Good choice of breakfasts - table service.

Everything was simple but lovely, I particularly liked the communal kitchen with complimentary coffee, milk, bread, jam etc for a simple breakfast if that's all you wanted.

Clean, modern, excellent staff especial the general manager who was truely exceptional at his task. We enjoyed an 8th floor room with balcony overlooking the cathedral, full length glass doors let in so much light.an unexpected gem ( once you found the hotel as you need to navigate a couple of alley ways from either taxi or bus) So central to the best of Exeter experience
Such a lovely little town on the quay. We walked from Darts farm to the RSPB, about 25mins, then on towards Topsham, so nice walking along the sea wall, lots of benches for a rest. Little Tea shop open on Bank Holiday serving takeaway teas, So could sit on quay and enjoy the peace. The number 57 bus drops you into the centre every half hour.

Topsham is a great location to explore the estuary towns.
Topsham is a great location to explore the estuary towns. Located on a main train line from Exeter we were able to meet friends in the city for dinner aswell have leisurely days taking the train to coastal towns of Lympstone and Exmouth. Loved hiring some bikes and taking them along the estuary trail, on the ferry to Starcross. Lovely food options in Topsham and highly recommend the pig and pallet smokehouse

Fantastic Hotel. Comfy and homely.
Fantastic Hotel. Comfy and homely. Rooms very clean and quiet. Food both breakfast and dinner were brilliant. Staff very friendly and helpful even under pressure due to illness with other staff members. Road slightly busy but room was very quiet.
Spacious, comfortable accommodation with comfortable beds. The kitchen was well equipped. The courtyard parking was large enough for our Vauxhall Meriva, and a real bonus for Topsham. Topsham and the area absolutely beautiful and so well connected by train if you wanted to leave the car at home and mix and match walking. Great eateries there too!
Lovely property. Quiet location and not far from our visits to Exeter and Topsham. Our room was large, comfortable and had all we needed for our two night stay. Tim was incredibly friendly and helpful and did everything he could to make my stay a pleasant one. Great cooked breakfast!! Would recommend! Thank you Tim.
Excellent location. A really clean and comfortable house. We felt very relaxed instantly and loved returning home after a day out. Cute town with a lovely walk on your doorstep through Topsham's high street, along the Exe estuary & Goat Walk into the Clyst bird sanctuary. The ferry to the Turf pub was a delight.
Located close to Topsham on a quiet country lane. Easy access to Exmouth where we were visiting friends. The garret was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We were welcomed by the owner and the pint of milk in the fridge was much appreciated to start us off. We were delighted that dogs were allowed to stay.
Gorgeous hotel . Think we had an upgrade as our bedroom was huge . Big comfy bed , luxurious bedding and fabrics . Gorgeous decor . Lots of magazines available to read . Check in man was very helpful and couldn’t do enough for us .
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They accommodated our extra requests. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good quality and they welcomed my friend who was living locally to join us.
Very comfortable bed, cosy little house, good kitchen area with everything you need for a short stay in Topsham. Host very friendly and helpful. Location was very convenient for town and station.
