The location was central and I could easily walk from there to any spot I had look up with a maximum of 30 minutes walking. It was quiet despite the restaurant around, but these also meant a lot of lunch/dinner options. The staff was always very nice and beaming with energy. It made my stay so much better to see how they interacted with everyone. I also think I was very lucky with my stay.

Facilities and location were both excellent.

Opposite Bath Spa Station, this Georgian-style hotel offers fine cuisine and free Wi-Fi. It has an excellent location close to shops and about 650 metres from the Roman Baths.

The location was perfect for walking to everywhere we wanted to go. From the moment we arrived we felt very welcomed by Andrea and during our stay this continued to be the case with everyone we encountered, the staff are all exceptional. Pleasant, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, it felt like a 'home from home'. The breakfast was good, there was enough variety of cooked or fresh food, it was cooked well and they catered for food allergies or intolerances. We booked dinner in the restaurant for our second night and it was a first class meal. The hotel isn't luxurious and perhaps some would think it's a little dated but, for me, this added to the homely feel and it was 100% comfortable. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Bath.

Central location. Very clean and comfortable. Beds were so comfy with lovely soft pillows. The twin beds were larger than the normal standard single size which was great! Well thought out room. Lovely large shower with over head drenched shower head and hand held one. Toiletries. Fridge which was very useful. Lots of charging points. Lovely staff at breakfast. Good idea with the table occupancy signs.
