I stayed at this hotel for just one night, so I didn’t have high expectations. Overall, the hotel is fine, it's centrally located and lobby looks nice. The reception staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was basic but tasty, with everything you need to start the day. It was great that breakfast was included, as the price was reasonable. The room was clean, though there was a slightly strange smell coming from the pipes in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, the window in the room didn’t open—I’m not sure if it was broken or just locked, but I couldn’t get it to open. The air conditioning & WiFi worked very well, so that was a plus. Overall, I would recommend this place for anyone passing through Swindon.

My room was perfect for what I wanted. The daily cleaning and renewal of milk, biscuit etc was lovely to come back to. Nice hot water and shower tv. Fabulous pillows. And comfortable bed. Nice outlook from my window. etc.
