The location was okay not much roundabout but it rained the two days so was not seater for walking.Main road to Newcastle was very busy all the time tail to tail due to road works.Very lot of roadworks going on at one time was bit of a pain but over all was great hotel friendly staff Meals was Fantastic for a great price to match as was the Breakfast would stay hear again for sure..100% Thanks So Much for a great friendly Stay..WE Will Be Back..

everything - especially the bottles of real milk for tea/coffee in the room. Proper, old-fashioned service and comfort. Dinner and breakfasts excellent. Just a lovely experience. Particular thanks to the waiting staff at breakfast.
