We liked the location which was beautiful and the gardens were outstanding. The staff were friendly, particularly at breakfast which was why we left a tip!! Generally the food was good.

House was super clean and owners were super accommodating and helpful. I made a mistake on the booking and they sorted it generously, efficiently and didn't make any drama. They answered our question very quickly and were very welcoming. House was cozy even though it was February. We're all very happy and didn't want to leave.

The breakfast was well prepared and cooked to perfection . The location was very central for exploring North Norfolk. The facilities were superb and the staff very helpful. We had a minor issue during our stay and it was handled with care and consideration which is the sign of a well, run establishment . The bonus gift was also well received

The room was clean, comfortable and furnished to a high standard. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a real treat - better than a lot of hotels we have stayed at. The location was quiet and calm, with a view of a donkey out of the bedroom and breakfast room windows - who wouldn't want that (OK, maybe that is just me!)?
