The Union Hotel is in the center of Penzance. A 5-minute walk from the sea, the 17th-century building houses Hamilton’s Restaurant and also Nelson’s Bar, where there is free WiFi.

Great location on Chapel Street. Restaurants, Tesco & shopping within walking distance. Really helpful and friendly staff. Option for cooked breakfast comes with the cost of the room + coffee, tea, yogurt, fruit, and cereal items too. Friendly and helpful staff. Front desk helped us get a taxi, which was very nice. Overall good experience.

I liked the artwork and the decor of the inn. It was very convenient to have a lounge for an early breakfast or evening dinner/drink. The staff was very friendly. The bathroom was great with a heated towel holder and rainfall shower. I also loved the natural lotions and soaps that were free. The room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable.

Quality hotel, spacious clean comfortable rooms, breakfast cooked to order, welcoming helpful staff. Old traditional hotel that had style. About a 15 minute walk from bus/rail station, but location is superb on promenade with views across to The Lizard and to Newlyn.

The living room and breakfast room are beautiful. Lots of breakfast choices and the hot foods are well prepared and delicious.

Breakfast was ok. Ingredients average quality. Bed comfortable. Few too many notices of rules that could be combined into simple list. Very convenient for transport from train and shuttle to Lands End Airport. Room small but fine for a single night stay

Nice rural location thats a close drive to the pretty coastline which hosts some amazing beaches and hiking trails to explore. St Buryan is also a short drive to Penzance which has large shops (Tesco & Sainsbury’s) to stock up on supplies. As it’s a remote village, you will need a vehicle to visit.
