The cottage was in a very nice area, with a pub, post office/small shop within 2 mins walking. Easy to park near by in residential road as as right outside the cottage. Pretty outlook from sitting room window over the front garden. The bed was very comfortable and the cottage was warm and cosy. It had a very peaceful atmosphere. There were four or five steps from the pavement rising between the cottage gardens up to a pathway to the row of cottages. The front door led into an old brick paved floor giving way to an inner door making a welcoming feeling and as I was visiting during December also stopped the cold air from rushing into the cottage while bringing in suitcases.
