Room and bathroom were beautiful. Staff were so kind and helpful, and made us and our dog feel really welcome. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Food was great at dinner and breakfast, and hotel feels like much better than a three star. Really enjoyed our stay, and we will definitely be back!

Amazing! We booked for 3 nights here and wish we had stayed longer. The location is fantastic. Very peaceful and relaxing with beautiful views and we saw lots of wildlife. Excellent value for money. We stayed in a 2 bed and 1.5 bath holiday home which was perfect. Spacious and well designed and had everything we needed including a lovely open deck with a hot tub. The home was clean, and well maintained, full kitchen, good heating, a comfy huge sofa, power shower, and comfortable beds. The staff were all lovely, helpful and very friendly and checked in regularly to make sure we were enjoying our stay. There's loads to do in the area and we even took a day trip to the Lake District as it was so close. We don't fish but we enjoyed watching all the people fishing as we walked around the ponds. Thanks for a great stay and we will definitely be back.
